Pregnancy & Paediatric Care

At Grange Family Chiropractic we strive for great health and balance throughout our lives and to do this Dr Sandy, as the primary chiropractor, believes that the earlier you are adjusted the more easily you can manage life and its physical, emotional and environmental challenges. Whether seeing children as early as 2 hours old or helping to maintain the stability of a pregnant mother’s pelvis, we believe receiving chiropractic care is a natural and safe way to ensure the greatest possible health for our clients.

Our clients can lay on their tummy without harm to the baby or themselves.

Using SOT as our adjusting technique, we are able to help our mums overcome common pregnancy issues such as pubic symphysis problems, coccyx pain, prolonged labour, lower back pain in pregnancy, and help our newborns with issues like sucking disorders, plagiocephaly, ear infections, colic, scoliosis and mild hip dysplagia just to name a few.

Dr Sandy Asks some important questions of interest to Grange residents - Chiropractor Grange Dr Sandy Asks...

How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
