Meet Dr Sandy

Dr. Sandy Clark, Grange Chiropractor

I first established a chiropractic clinic (Sandy Clark Chiropractic) in Red Hill, Brisbane in 1999 with my then fiancée Kelly as the chiropractic assistant. Having been married since 2000 and now with two fantastic children both Kelly and I understand that having a body in perfect balance is of vital importance for your health and the health of your family. This is why I am so passionate about paediatrics, pre-conception care, pregnancy care and family care.

Having achieved Bachelor degrees in Biochemistry, Biological Chemistry, Clinical Sciences and Chiropractic Science, I fully understand the complete function of the human body. By applying the chiropractic adjusting techniques of SOT and NET, I am able to re-establish the pathways between your brain and your body and with chiropractic care, help you achieve great health and perfect balance.

In May 2005 we relocated to Grange Family Chiropractic.

Grange Family Chiropractic (GFC) is the culmination of all of my ideals of what a chiropractic clinic should be; personal, warm, friendly, professional and inviting. My aim is to continue adding services to this clinic that are of most value to our clients. Currently I am the only Chiropractor but in the future we aim to have several chiropractors at the GFC clinic in conjunction with massage therapists all working closely together, with each individual client, to find the balance that brings great health to all of the families that we see.

Dr Sandy Asks some important questions of interest to Grange residents - Chiropractor Grange Dr Sandy Asks...

What's the purpose of a surgeon's mask?
When I ask most people in Grange this, most think it protects the patient from the doctor's germs. But it's so porous it does little to prevent the passage of germs. We chiropractors don't bother with masks.
What happens if you stop chiropractic care when you feel better?
Many Grange folks recognise that this predisposes you to a relapse. Chiropractors know that muscles and ligaments supporting the spine don't fully heal until after symptoms subside.
